Coated and tight-buffered fiber, unjacketed ribbons, jacketed ribbon fiber optic cable and mini cable for component routing and protected links.

10G SFP+, 25G SFP28, 40G QSFP+ and 100G QSFP28 transceivers, plus optical and copper cable assemblies for equipment connections.
Optical transceivers and cable assemblies
Select the data rate and equipment interface, then confirm reach, wavelength, fiber type, connector, temperature range and host compatibility.
| Data rate | Transceiver form factor | Quotation basis |
|---|---|---|
| 10G | SFP+ | Required optical interface and link distance |
| 25G | SFP28 | Optical interface, wavelength and equipment model |
| 40G | QSFP+ | Fiber arrangement, connector and reach |
| 100G | QSFP28 | Interface standard, fiber type and host requirements |
AOC: an active optical cable integrates optical fiber with powered connector-end electronics. DAC: a direct-attach copper cable uses copper conductors for short equipment links. Specify both end interfaces and cable length; confirm the exact assembly against the intended ports.

Fiber construction families
Single-fiber constructions for pigtails and internal optical assemblies. Reference directions include 250 μm coated fiber and 350 μm compact buffered fiber; confirm diameter, polymer and stripping requirements.
Parallel fibers with defined pitch, planarity and bonding for compact interfaces and splicing.
Jacketed constructions add sheath and mechanical protection. Reference counts include 4, 8, 12 and 16 fibers, with LSZH or PVC sheath directions where applicable.
For cable and ribbon projects, specify fiber category, count, coating or buffer diameter, ribbon pitch, cable OD, sheath, length and termination. Dimensions such as 165, 200, 250 and 350 μm describe different controlled features; always name the feature and tolerance.
For transceivers and AOC/DAC, include the data rate, form factor, optical interface where applicable, reach or cable length, connectors, equipment model and temperature range. Final specifications, compatibility, MOQ and lead time are confirmed in the quotation and approved documentation.
Component routing starts with space, bends and termination. Parallel interfaces start with ribbon geometry and splice compatibility. Network links start with the ports, transmission distance and installed fiber or cable route.
Cable projects may require attenuation, bend loss, dimensional, stripping, tensile, crush and environmental tests. Transceiver and assembly projects require a product-specific test plan covering the applicable link performance and compatibility checks. State the conditions, sample quantity and acceptance limits.
Request the controlled datasheet, approved drawing where relevant, sample results, inspection records, batch traceability and applicable compliance documents.
Technical sourcing and quotation
Attach a drawing, reference datasheet or equipment list. Include the application, key specifications, sample and production quantities, destination market, required documents and target schedule. For custom constructions, add the dimensional and test tolerances.

Buyer questions
The reference range covers 10G SFP+, 25G SFP28, 40G QSFP+ and 100G QSFP28. Exact specifications, compatibility and lead time are confirmed for each enquiry.
AOC uses optical fiber and powered connector-end electronics. DAC uses copper conductors. Select the end interfaces and length for the intended equipment connection.
No. An unjacketed fiber ribbon is a parallel fiber unit. A ribbon fiber optic cable includes the ribbon within a protective cable construction.
Yes. Provide fiber type, count, geometry, cable diameter, sheath, length, optical and mechanical targets, quantity and destination market for review.
Include the reference part number or data rate, form factor, optical interface, reach, fiber type, connectors, equipment model, temperature range and quantity.
Yes, by appointment after the product route, facility and visit scope are confirmed. TUOLAN TRADE coordinates sourcing; manufacturing is performed by the selected production facility.
