We source optical coating services covering anti-reflection (AR), reflective and beamsplitter coatings for industrial imaging, laser and analytical optics. Each project is reviewed around the substrate, wavelength band, angle of incidence, polarization, environment and energy density, with spectral curves and acceptance criteria defined in the RFQ.

Substrate routes
Coatings are reviewed together with fused silica, optical glass, crystals, silicon, germanium, ZnSe and other compatible substrates.
UV, visible, NIR, MWIR and LWIR. Common laser-line requests include 355, 532, 632.8, 1064 and 1550 nm.

These values show the type of requirement that can be evaluated. They are not a blanket capability guarantee. The signed quotation, approved drawing, sample and inspection plan control the final product.

What to include in your RFQ
- Substrate material, dimensions and surface condition
- Spectral band with R/T targets and blocking range
- AOI range and s/p/random polarization
- CW or pulsed laser conditions if applicable
- Environmental tests, sample quantity and production volume
Final acceptance: Confirm all numerical values, material grade, coating curve, metrology, sampling plan and documentation on the purchase specification.

What information is required for an AR coating quotation?
Provide substrate, wavelength range, target residual reflectance or transmission, angle range, polarization, environment, clear aperture and quantity.
Why is a spectral curve better than saying “broadband AR”?
Broadband means different things in different systems. A curve or table defines the passband, edge behavior, blocking region and acceptance points unambiguously.
Can coating be quoted on customer-supplied optics?
It can be reviewed. The supplier will need substrate identification, incoming surface quality, geometry, cleaning history, masking, handling and liability requirements.
